made my own yellow liner
took a white eyeshadow base
preferably
NYX Eyeshadow Base in White
I used
to get the yellow
Shany Loose Mineral Glitter and Pearl Shadows- Yellow
But you can use any loose Color not particularly Shany but any will do
I lined my eyes with an angled brush with the white base and then i packed I didnt glide the loose color
PACKED
NO GLIDING
after I got the perfect amount for my taste
I just lined my waterline with black eyeline
and I put on Mascara
any Walmart/Drugstore Mascara will do
