ITS A PINK CHEETAH!

I decided to do a simple cheetah hot pink eye and a black lip. I did this by doing by using a  NXY base in white, I lined my eyes with  that and then I used a MYO pigment in Neon Pink. I packed it in no gliding no blending. Then just take any liquid black liner I used limecrime in quill and make all sorts of oblong circles some connected thats as good as i can explain it lol
